Description
The Pagani Zonda R is a track day car developed and manufactured by Italian sports car manufacturer Pagani. It debuted at the 2007 Geneva Motor Show, using the 6.0-litre GT 112 engine sourced from the racing version of the Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR. The Zonda R's competition lies with track-based cars, such as the Ferrari FXX and Maserati MC12 Corsa rather than the original Zonda's road competitors as it is not road-legal.
Despite sharing much of the Zonda's shape, the R is almost entirely new, sharing only 10% of the Zonda F's components. It has been obliquely suggested by Horacio Pagani that this car is a testbed chassis for certain components of the Zonda's replacement, the Huayra (in the same vein as the Ferrari 288 GTO Evoluzione and the successive F40) and that the Zonda R accurately reflects some of the Huayra's features. Only 15 cars were produced.

Max Speed[]
Decent for it's price, but still decent at 418+KMH with max tuning.
Acceleration[]
What it loses in top speed, it makes up for in acceleration, capable of coming in at under 5.5 seconds on a Quarter Mile strip, although it is technically capable of reaching 5.2 or 5.3 with good ping, bringing its time within half a second of most Edison Roadsters, Peregrine Manifestos and Daemon 20s (the current fastest cars).
Braking[]
The braking is excellent. Going from 300-0 MPH, takes around 6 seconds.
Handling[]
The handling of the vehicle is sometimes better than the Superbil Act's. With the same speed on the highway, the Street Screamer is able to turn faster and sometimes keep more speed than the Superbil Act. Even though this is true, the handling of this car is still pretty bad in the sense that it cannot slalom very well or maintain traction through tighter corners without slowing down significantly via handbrake.
Upgrades
Max Speed[]
The car has a max speed of 299 MPH without Insanity and/or rocket fuel.
Acceleration[]
The acceleration after upgrading is much better than stock. It has the potential of getting a Quarter Mile time of under 6 (5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5) seconds. Don't worry if you have pro long gears, because the Zonda will still get drag times below 6 seconds. from 0 to 100 takes around 1.5 second
Braking[]
No significant difference in braking, But sports brakes do help in allowing for more reactive power-slides and drifts, which can make a difference in races with tight turns.
Handling[]
The handling doesn't improve much after tuning. However, a skilled user with drift tires can pull surprisingly quick and tight turns comparable to the Vieno, coupled with your quick acceleration, this can give you an edge in urban races, but it can drift very well and it needs to be in the right hands for it to be incredibly good. Other than that it understeers a lot, this car will take some practice.
Trivia
- The car's name "Cittadi" means "city" in Italian which translates to "City Street Screamer". It's in-game description & name also refers to the "scream" sounds that the car produces (mostly in race tracks & tunnels).
- This is the first race car to appear in game, the second being the McLaren 650S GT3.
- In it's current state, this car has space gravity which means you can jump higher, so use that to your advantage, but be careful since it's hard to control in the air.
- This car is the loudest car in the game if you put max volume on.
- This is no longer the only Pagani in the game because of the arrival of the Pagani Huayra BC in the game.
- This is first Pagani car to appear in game, the second being Pagani Huayra BC.
- This is a non-street legal car, like the Pagani Huayra BC, but non-street legal cars has nothing to do with the game.
- Not to be confused with the Revolucion, which has the wing edges connected to the body of the car.
